Terms & Conditions:

Check-in time is 2 pm and check-out time is 12 noon.
Extra bed for guests above 12 years of age is ₹ 10,000 inclusive of taxes per night and for the kids between 6 to 12 years of age is ₹ 5,000 inclusive of taxes per night.
Meal credit at Vembanad Restaurant - ₹ 1500 for an extra adult and INR 750 for a kid between 6 to 12 years per meal.
Children below 6 years of age sharing the room without an extra bed will be accommodated without any additional cost.

Cancellation Policy:

Free cancellation by 2 pm, and 21 days prior to arrival to avoid 100% retention charges.
